Pumpkin Shutterbug playdate at Moreland Pumpkin Patch
Okay, so your little kiddo, dressed like a skeleton, is sitting in the middle of hundreds of pumpkins. The cutest thing about this though is that he looks like a little ol’ lady having a hard time deciding which apples to buy at the store. Well, let’s be real, you do too (there are just too many pumpkins, especially the small ones that are oh so cute!).
Honestly, this is one of the cutest and the best fall photo ops you can find in the fall! So, why don’t we pick up that camera instead and take photos of our little one having a hard time pumpkin shopping! (too cute!).
Last year, I decided to host a Shutterbug playdate during the fall just because of the pumpkins. I chose to host it at Moreland Pumpkin Patch. First, let’s rewind just a bit. Truthfully, the idea was sparked at Spina Farms. I went on a playdate at the pumpkin patch and I had happened to have my camera. My intentions were to actually take photos of pumpkins, but ironically I just started taking photos of the kiddos. I could not resist, they were just too cute. Thus, the Shutterbug playdates were born.
I decided to host the Shutterbug Playdate at Moreland Pumpkin Patch. I wanted to pick a place that was local to San Jose, easy and more contained. (Love you Spina Farms, but chasing a toddler in the vast land of pumpkins with my camera is a work out!)
First time being at Moreland Pumpkin Patch, I was pleasantly surprised. I especially loved how it was just the right size. We were easily able to keep the little kiddos contained and worked on some DIY projects. Bonus - the Moreland School District comes together and puts together fun games and activities for the kiddos. Pretty cool huh?
